Sad face :(

So I know it's been a long time since we've updated this blog, which is my fault, so here is some sad news. For this past Valentine's Day, I bought Katie a fish, a beta fish!! Katie decided that it would be named Reuben and I thought Beta was a pretty cool name too, so that is what I always called him. But recently, Reuben hasn't been doing very well. I thought that beta fish were supposed to be like these all powerful fish that lived forever even if you didn't take good care of them. Well that was a lie. Not that we didn't take of him, cause we always did. Even since Katie has been in Romania, I have kept good care of him, changing his water, feeding him and all that good stuff. But now he is floating on his side and when we swims he kinda swims on his side. I don't know much about fish, but I'm pretty sure that isn't a good sign. So Katie wanted me to take a last picture of him before he passes on to the next life. Reuben was a great fish, I don't know what went wrong. But Katie and I have decided that when she gets back we will go shopping for a new fish! Thanks Reuben for a great almost 8 months! He's not dead in the picture, that's just his new way of relaxing.

Sweetheart... his full name is Reuben "The Great" Beta Clover... I hope that his last days are enjoyable. Maybe you could put a picture of me right by his bowl, so he can remember me.

When Tommy and I were first married we bought a beta fish, Thor was his name. He died too. :( We had a toilet flushing ceremony for him. We still need to get another one.
